Park Place and Michigan Ave. It was constructed around the old Dennis Hotel,
which was built in the 1800s and still serves as Bally's hotel
complex. Bally's is New Jersey's largest four star
hotel, and it occupies a prime space of city property. The Monopoly
board game is
based on Atlantic City, so perhaps that can tell you how prestigious the land is considered.
