Stunning decor and exotic cuisine from tile Far East come together in Resorts Atlantic
City's new elegant restaurant Asian Spice, overlooking the casino floor.
Asian Spice gourmet restaurant offers delicacies from tile Orient served in all
enchanting, opulent atmosphere, representing aspects of a Balinese resort, with details
that make references to the Pacific Rim, The interior of the gourmet room is a soft
intimate environment with sheer fabric framing the entryway to the room. A sliding shoji
screen door, a lit rice grass wall and custom made parchment light fixtures add to the
qualities that make this room unique. Asian Spice gourmet dining room is managed by Steven
Lok, and seats 110 in a glamorous setting.
"The synergy created by the three elements comprising Asian Spice-the fine dining
room, the noodle bar, and the lounge being located adjacent to each other and just off the
casino floor-- is something new and unusual in Atlantic City," stated Jay Chesterton,
Vice President of Food and Beverage.
Chef Wai Cheung cooks tip delectable favorites including Peking duck, steamed whole
fish, shark fin soap, Vietnamese spring rolls and batter fried snow crab claws.
The Noodle Bar at Asian Spice, all authentic noodle bar which seats 60, is the
restaurant's casual dining area, and serves authentic noodle soups and Chinese barbecue
items including barbecue duck and soy chicken.
Relax in the Lounge at Asian Spice, in a room full of plush lounge sofas and chairs,
overlooking the casino floor through a chopstick wood frame.
Hours of operation for The
Noodle Bar are from 11 a.m. daily. The Asian Spice dining resort is open Thursday through
Sunday with reservations beginning at 6 p.m.
