Located on North Carolina and the Boardwalk, Resorts Atlantic City is the city’s first established casino and still offers a complete entertainment experience unlike any other casino/hotel in the area. Once an old hospital during World War II, Resorts is one of Atlantic city’s smaller casinos, yet it has as much to offer as some of the larger establishments such as the Taj Mahal and Caesars.

Resorts has a VIP player lounge, specialty shops, a health club and pool and 1,485 parking spaces. This place is also known for having the fastest valet-parking system in town.

Resorts' New Gaming Floor

The Rockwell Group, the design architect for the redevelopment project, has brought back an elegant style to the Resorts' gaming floor. Presently, the upgraded casino offers 70,000 square feet of light, bright and airy casino space, completely redeveloped for the new millennium with 200 art-deco style chandeliers and neon lighting fixtures. The dazzling chandeliers are surrounded by star-shaped lighting elements wrapped in neon bands of yellow and blue, enhanced by rows of golden globe lights. Other new additions to the gaming floor include an elegant new high-limit slot area, which surrounds the numerous high-technology slot machines and features a new Nickel Slot room as well as a stunning new Baccarat Pit.

 

 

 

 

Table games at Resorts include, Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette, Mini-Baccarat, Craps, Pai Gow, Pai Gow Tiles and Caribbean Stud Poker.

Resorts has ten restaurants and outlets, that range from fast food to gourmet meals. 40,900 square feet of meeting and convention space is available, including nine meeting rooms and a 12,208 square-foot Ballroom that accommodates 880 theater-style, and 880 reception or dinner guests.

Recreational facilities include a health club and spa, as well as an indoor/outdoor swimming pool with a sun deck.
